Exercise can be fun when you don’t hurt yourself.
I am an NASM certified corrective exercise specialist. I worked with bodies as a massage therapist and yoga instructor for thirty years before adding corrective exercise to the mix. Over the years, I have encountered many clients who hurt themselves either by working out alone and not understanding basic movement principles to protect themselves or by working out with trainers who were unable to understand the clients limitations. I design programs that focus on steady progress rather than pushing for results that can lead to injury.
I will help you with aerobic exercise, strength training, yoga, and a spontaneous movement system which I have created based on years of experience. My motto is to modify, modify, modify, to be appropriate for you at each stage of your movement journey.
